Refund Policy

At BuffBudgets, we’re committed to helping you grow stronger with your money—but we also believe in setting clear expectations around payments and refunds.
 

Coaching Sessions & Packages

All coaching sessions and subscription packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. Because we reserve time and resources specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling Instead of Refunding

While we don’t offer refunds, you’re welcome to reschedule any session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Need help adjusting your schedule? Just reach out—we’re happy to help.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling and will incur a $50 fee.

Unused Sessions

If you purchase a coaching package and choose not to use all your sessions, we cannot provide partial refunds. However, you may reschedule any remaining sessions as long as you follow the 24-hour policy.
